Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is passionate about training the new generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. They have three kids.
