Markie Post (born March 29 1959) has been an American actor best known for her role as Christine Sullivan, a public defender on NBCs Night Court. She is the daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised along with two brothers in Walnut Creek. Las Lomas High School, where she was a cheerleader. After a brief stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Post was previously married to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross (actor/writer) is the husband of Post since 1982.
